Wait…What Are Member Appreciation Credits?

For every month that you maintain your membership, you will earn credits on your account as our way of saying thank you! Mini, Limited, and Adult Members receive $5 per month, while Unlimited Members receive $10 per month. These credits can be used to purchase merchandise, guest passes, camps and other events, or they can be applied to your membership fees! To find out how many credits you have, simply contact the front desk via phone or email.

To redeem credits*: Please submit a “Request to Use Credits Form” and wait for confirmation we have processed it PRIOR to making a purchase. We cannot apply credits after a purchase has been made! *You no longer need to submit this form to apply credits towards Summer Camp; instead, please indicate your preference on the camp registration waiver.

Please note: Membership credits remain available to you while your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, all membership credits will be removed from your account.
