It takes dedicated people to make The Movement Park such a great place to play, learn, and grow! Besides the parkour coaches you see on the floor, we also have staff dedicated to camps and events, front desk, and operations/administration. Here’s your chance to find out more about each of them.

Molly has many jobs and titles. She's the Managing Owner of The Movement Park (co-owned with her husband, Brandon), a parkour coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and a mom of three! She loves parkour because it matches all the science-based practices in health and wellness, building self-efficacy, a growth mindset, and people's awareness of their own strengths.

Melissa joined us as a member in 2018, then at the front desk in 2021. Now, in addition to helping out on the administrative side of the business, she works behind the scenes as our Head of Marketing. Whether you are reading our weekly e-newsletter, digital signage, or social media posts, Melissa is the one keeping you informed about all of the Happy-ings at The Movement Park! She loves parkour because it encourages individual growth and improved self confidence rather than competition.

Brandon is a co-owner of The Movement Park, and you’ll see his handy work all around the gym. When he isn’t spending his hours working for AMD, you’ll likely find him wake boarding, snowboarding, or making something (including A LOT of our equipment!). He grew up with a love for movement and never found the same excitement in traditional gyms. He enjoys that Parkour is engaging, invites creative problem solving, and is a perfect avenue to cross-train for his weekend adventures.

Coach Parker has been a student with us since the Covid shutdowns in 2020. After completing our teen volunteer training program in early 2023, we were excited to welcome him officially to the team as a coach. As an athlete on his high school's ski team, if Parker isn't at one of our events, he's likely on the mountain skiing, or else dirt biking, wake boarding, or surfing.

Coach Rick is one of our main coaches, as well as our facilities manager. He has been studying parkour for over 18 years, but teaching parkour has been his career and passion for over 16. When he isn’t coaching, you’ll likely find him training, or working to keep the gym in top condition for his students. He loves coaching parkour because it challenges him physically, mentally, and socially, and he feels like he’s able to make a positive change in the world.

Coach Kaitlyn started in parkour at age 10 to burn off extra energy. After attending some of our camps, she joined our teen volunteer training program, and officially joined our staff in June 2023. Kaitlyn is also involved in club hockey and her high school's track and field teams. Her incredible energy and work ethic make her a vital part of our camps and events team.

Coach Kyla is working on early childhood education and aspires to work with children after college graduation. She initially joined The Movement Park at the front desk to gain experience, but after seeing her natural communication skills with children, we transitioned her to our coaching team. You’ll typically find her coaching our Little Ninjas and Jr Parkour classes, but she also coaches some of our older students as well as works at our camps and events. Outside of work and school, Kyla enjoys hiking and reading, even to the point of being jokingly 'grounded' for reading excessively!

Jackson joined The Movement Park team in May 2024, happy to find a job that works around his school and sports schedule. Jackson loves surfing and riding dirt bikes, and is also a member of his high school's ski team. He has enjoyed getting to know more about parkour culture, as well as all the parts that movies tend to leave out!
