It takes dedicated people to make The Movement Park such a great place to play, learn, and grow! Besides the parkour coaches you see on the floor, we also have staff dedicated to camps and events, front desk, and operations/administration. Here’s your chance to find out more about each of them.
Molly has many jobs and titles. She's the Managing Owner of The Movement Park (co-owned with her husband, Brandon), a parkour coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and a mom of three! She loves parkour because it matches all the science-based practices in health and wellness, building self-efficacy, a growth mindset, and people's awareness of their own strengths.
Coach Parker has been a student with us since the Covid shutdowns in 2020. After completing our teen volunteer training program in early 2023, we were excited to welcome him officially to the team as a coach. As an athlete on his high school's ski team, if Parker isn't at one of our events, he's likely on the mountain skiing, or else dirt biking, wake boarding, or surfing.
Coach Benton has been a student with us since September 2021. After completing our LEAD program, he joined our team as a CIT in the summer of 2025, then officially joined our coaching staff in August. He's currently a full time high school student, where he really enjoys math. If he's not on the parkour floor, you may find him biking, rock climbing, or playing the piano.
Dania joined our front desk team in April as a Customer Experience Assistant, and her big smile, happy demeanor, and positive attitude are already being felt. Currently attending PCC, she hopes to work in the health care field in the future, but in the meantime, she enjoys running, baking, and playing guitar!
Brandon is a co-owner of The Movement Park, and you’ll see his handy work all around the gym. When he isn’t spending his hours working for AMD, you’ll likely find him wake boarding, snowboarding, or making something (including A LOT of our equipment!). He grew up with a love for movement and never found the same excitement in traditional gyms. He enjoys that Parkour is engaging, invites creative problem solving, and is a perfect avenue to cross-train for his weekend adventures.
Coach Jackson joined The Movement Park team in May 2024, happy to find a job that works around his school and sports schedule. Jackson loves surfing and riding dirt bikes, and is also a member of his high school's ski team. He has enjoyed getting to know more about parkour culture, as well as all the parts that movies tend to leave out!
Coach Brina is one of the newest members to our team, having just joined in December. An incredibly active and positive person, we are grateful to have her put her skills to use on our coaching staff, and can’t wait to see how she progresses in the months ahead.
Kylee is a full time high school student that has been around The Movement Park since the gym first opened! Besides having trained in parkour for years, Kylee is a competitive gymnast. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her, as her work ethic and attitude are likely to put a smile on the face of anyone who meets her!
Coach Rick is one of our main coaches, as well as our facilities manager. He has been studying parkour for over 18 years, but teaching parkour has been his career and passion for over 16. When he isn’t coaching, you’ll likely find him training, or working to keep the gym in top condition for his students. He loves coaching parkour because it challenges him physically, mentally, and socially, and he feels like he’s able to make a positive change in the world.
Coach Parker has been a student with us since 2020. He joined our Coach in Training (now LEAD) program in 2024, and officially joined our coaching staff in the summer of 2025. He's currently a full time high school student. If he's not on the parkour floor, you may find him building Lego, or playing, designing, and/or creating his own video games!
Tyler joined our team in November, and has very quickly put his attention to detail and focus to work at the front desk. Although he hasn’t trained in parkour after discovering a fear of heights when trying it out in the 3rd grade, he has gone on to enjoy rock climbing. While Tyler’s friendly demeanor is already making a presence at the front desk, we’re also looking forward to having him help out at our camps and events in the future.
Melissa joined us as a member in 2018, then at the front desk in 2021. Now, in addition to helping out on the administrative side of the business, she works behind the scenes as our Head of Marketing. Whether you are reading our weekly e-newsletter, digital signage, or social media posts, Melissa is the one keeping you informed about all of the Happy-ings at The Movement Park! She loves parkour because it encourages individual growth and improved self confidence rather than competition.
Coach Brinley is new to our team, but her family has been a part of our community since 2020! She has a lot of experience training and coaching in soccer, and is incredibly active and fun to be around. We are excited to see her put her skills to work on our coaching team as she continues to grow her own parkour skills!
