FAQ

If I can’t figure out how to register, can I still come to class?

Yes! If you are having issues registering please call or email us, or message us on social media and we’ll get you registered for class. You can also join us without registration. The only time registration is a MUST is if our classes are filling and we have waiting lists. If that is the case, we will be working on adding more classes for you!

How do I know if I already have an account?

If you’ve attended a class or event, you have an account with us. If you’ve filled our your waiver but HAVE NOT attended class or event you DO NOT have an account with us and can create one above.

The email you provided when you signed your waiver is the email you’ll use to access your account. After you’ve set password for yourself you’ll be able to access your account.

 
 

I logged in but it’s asking me to pay again?

This can happen if a services was sold under the wrong name or if we have duplicate accounts for you in the system.

Purchases under the wrong name happens frequently with first purchases when a parent buys sessions for a child and our system doesn’t recognize you as a family yet.

Duplicate accounts can happen when we’ve created one for you on site and you created a new one online.

If you are having issues with our system asking you to purchase and you know you already have. Please email us or let us know the next time you are in and we’ll be able to correct the issue.

I bought a membership but I can’t register for class?

If you are purchasing a membership online it starts on our next billing cycle (1st or 15th) if you are trying to register for class before that date the system will not allow you to.

To avoid this, please call or email us or visit us on site and we can pro-rate you until the next billing cycle so you can start class now.
