In the Family Meal Planning Essentials workshop, we will break down the meal planning process and help you customize a sustainable approach to planning, shopping, and prepping that works for you and your family.

You’ll leave equipped with strategies to overcome your meal planning obstacles, key tips & tricks to keep from getting into the old “what-to-have-for-dinner” rut, as well as a plan for how to keep meal planning a functional tool for your family long-term.

We'll cover mindful snacking solutions, seasonal eating, and batch cooking to stock your fridge and freezer with easy-to-grab meals.

Please bring your partner/ spouse/ other adult that regularly shares in the planning and cooking process if possible, a hard copy of your family’s current schedule (can be handwritten- this piece is for your reference), and all the meal planning/ cooking/ healthy eating questions you can think of!

*This event is for adults only and conveniently scheduled at the same time as our recess hours for ages 7+ without an adult and 5-7 with a participating adult.

Co-hosted by:

Family Recipe, LLC - a mom-owned business dedicated to making meal planning and cooking accessible to the whole family- toddlers to grandparents and everyone in between. I love to cook, trying new flavors, and creating in the kitchen. But most of all, I love showing people, especially families, how they can enjoy those things, too! Cooking easily becomes a chore when we have to do it multiple times a day, and when we’re juggling a whole family’s differing preferences and schedules- forget about it! I’m here to help you manage mealtime- planning, shopping, cooking, eating- and find joy in the process. When families make meals a family effort, they learn, eat, and grow together.

Love Health Coaching LLC - a mom-owned private practice owned by Molly Courtney, NBC-HWC, who helps clients transition from quick fixes to sustainable and enjoyable health habits that support their long-term health. She specializes in helping people to find joy with food so they can eat in peace.
