In the Family Meal Planning Essentials workshop, we will break down the meal planning process and help you customize a sustainable approach to planning, shopping, and prepping that works for you and your family.
You’ll leave equipped with strategies to overcome your meal planning obstacles, key tips & tricks to keep from getting into the old “what-to-have-for-dinner” rut, as well as a plan for how to keep meal planning a functional tool for your family long-term.
We'll cover mindful snacking solutions, seasonal eating, and batch cooking to stock your fridge and freezer with easy-to-grab meals. Please bring your partner/ spouse/ other adult that regularly shares in the planning and cooking process if possible, a hard copy of your family’s current schedule (can be handwritten- this piece is for your reference), and all the meal planning/ cooking/ clean eating questions you can think of!
